April 25th is Take Your Child to Work Day! We know that many Constable families look forward to this day each year! If you plan on keeping your child out of school on that day so that your child can attend work with you, please be sure to do the following:

1) Read the District's communication:

Take Your Child to Word Day Family Letter 2024

2) Notify the school of your child's absence. The best way to do this is to log the absence in Genesis in advance, leaving a comment to note that the reason for the absence is "Take Your Child to Work Day."

19th Annual Joanne Kerekes Student Art Gallery
Please join us on April 17th, in the Main Gym at South Brunswick High School, for the 19th Annual Joanne Kerekes Student Art Gallery. Thank you to Julia Lieberman, a senior at SBHS, for the design.

SBSD Parent Academy: HIB Law Update for Parents, Presented by John Worthington, ESQ.

In an effort to further collaborate with the families in our community, the district is offering an informative session on Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB) on April 23, 2024, at 6:30PM, in the auditorium at Crossroads North Middle School.

In this session parents will be provided with:
-an overview of the laws governing bullying in New Jersey to provide an understanding of how they apply to their children;
-the difference between Code of Conduct and HIB violations;
-the recent changes to the law, as well as some court cases that impact how the laws are applied;
-information on free speech and social media issues and requirements;
-the procedures to be followed should a student be a victim or perpetrator in a bullying case; and
-the rights of students and unique procedures for certain students, including LGBTQ students and students with disabilities.
